We do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a track-able fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. After we receive your package, we will process your return or replacement within 48 hours. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card statement.
