How can I view the status of my order?
Log in to your account Information page.

This page lists all your orders.

Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular shipping times for domestic orders are

based on processing time plus shipping time.

Standard delivery: orders will be processed within 2 to 7 business days,

 and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped.

Expedited delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 7 business days,

 and will arrive 3 business days from the date they were shipped.

Express delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 7 business days,

 and will arrive 2 business days from the date they were shipped.

Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 12 p.m. PST

These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.


Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS

so orders can't be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

 

International Shipping
We are starting to expand our shipping to outside the 50 US states and Canada. 
You will need to email us for shipping availability and quote. 
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, customs fees; etc.

If you would like an order shipped outside of the US please email us at sales@icribbedding.com, prior to ordering, 
for a shipping quote. Please include your country, Postal Code and product(s) you are interested in purchasing.

 
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free ground shipping over $150 to any destination within the US.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.

However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you

see before confirming your order.


Will I be taxed?
In conformance with the laws of the State of
California, shipments to
destinations in
California State are charged sales tax of 8.25%, based on
purchases of merchandise..


Is your website secure?
We utilize the latest technology for shopping and ecommerce security.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and

alteration of the information under our control.

All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL

(Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

All of your personal information including your credit card information and

sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express also take significant security measures

to protect your information.

If you are concerned about the safety of our online ordering system,

simply call us to place the order


What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We do our best to make sure that you are happy with your
purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you
may return your order for refund or replacement within 14 days of the
date that your order was delivered.
Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, and in their
original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a track-able fashion;
we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
After we receive your package, we will process your return or replacement
within 48 hours. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will
be issued and will appear on your credit card statement.
