How long will it take to receive my order? Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time. Standard delivery: orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped. Expedited delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, and will arrive 3 business days from the date they were shipped. Express delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, and will arrive 2 business days from the date they were shipped. Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 12 p.m. PST These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address? Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is FedEx so orders can't be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout. What are your shipping costs? You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for refund or replacement within 30 days of the date that your order was delivered. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You may want to insure your return and/or ship it in a track-able fashion; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
